When we visited Dan Flange's house in Wood Green there were people firing an air rifle at a picture of Embrace on the landing. His studio was a darkened attic draped with green PVC sheeting designed to keep the warmth in. "I live with monkeys" says Dan. "Last week the front door was de-hinged, earlier steel bowling balls were being used for cricket practice in the hallway. Fortunately the entrance to the attic is concealed in my bedroom".
Dan's approach to music is accidental. "I try to copy things I like, fail, and arrive at something different". Keep failing Dan, and don't feed the chimps.

Review of Vibrawinky on netlabelsnews
netlabelsnews have posted a nice review of Vibrawinky in Spanish. Here is a rough translation:
"This good release is already a month old but it is quite interesting, their sounds funky - jazz - electronic are pleasant and exciting to the ear. Four tracks to delight you. Vorbic, the netlabel that published this release, is an ecological netlabel because the company that hosts their website uses wind energy, which is good."

Net-Label Review of Vibrawinky
Those nice folks at Net-Label Review have just posted a nice piece on Vibrawinky by Universal Frontline:
"File this under "FF" for F'n FUNKY...but honestly if Funky was a Genre, this would be filed under it! Highly Recommended."
